New Levels of System Optimisation from Carrier's PlantCTRL
Carrier Air Conditioning provide UK Chillers, Bms System, heating controllers and aircon units

Carrier SCS today introduced Carrier® PlantCTRL™, an advanced control solution for high performance heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for the European segment. Carrier, the world’s leader in high technology heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions, is a part of UTC Building & Industrial Systems, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX).

Backed by an understanding of customer needs and proven HVAC system and control expertise, Carrier PlantCTRL combines the benefits of open plant management with advanced performance optimization. PlantCTRL uses specific algorithms to adapt energy production on demand, resulting in lower operating costs and increased plant sustainability. A single partner for installation, set-up and maintenance, Carrier allows customers to focus on their core business, instead of spending time coordinating multiple service providers.

For easy set-up and operation, Carrier PlantCTRL offers a modular plug and play platform and works with most standard plant configurations. As an open protocol solution, it integrates into all types of building automation systems. The solution software was developed by the company’s AdvanTE3C group of expert building solutions engineers.

“From product integrated control to one-of-a-kind building automation systems, we design sustainable, custom engineered integrated solutions to meet customers’ expectations, now and in the future,” said Michel Grabon, director, AdvanTE3C, Intelligent Building Technologies, Carrier HVAC Europe.

The Carrier PlantCTRL solution complies with criteria for LEED® and BREEAM® (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certifications, among other high performance building references.
